Being Minimal

Working in a definitely bland environment is bringing out the minimalist in me.  It's not about the way I dress, that thing would be something that would never change.  I'm getting into the whole direct to the point marketing thing going in my head right now.  When I started, I had all this crowded colorful set of ideas that In want to cramp up in one layout, but my boss is the black and white thing so he better likes it if it's something easier to understand.  Besides, our target market is not really into the whole creative and intellectual point of advertising.  This is the first time I've encountered this, I got used to the previous advertising firm I was with before that is full of wide and intricate ideas, here, it's different, I have to think simply so that others can understand. Marketing Strategy - 5 steps to getting a CLASSY LAYOUT

If you're an amateur on graphic arts or any of that sort and you need to whip up a layout or something on the last minute then continue reading :) The easiest ways to conjure up a CLASSY LAYOUT are: 1.  GRADIENT background. Notice the difference a fade in fade out transition makes in a video? A gradient background is the same thing.    It makes it lighter to look at and easy for the eyes. 2.  A SIMPLE font. A simple font is important to send the right message.  Fonts with a lot of curves would only be distracting and hard to read. 3.  DO NOT USE BORDERS.
